Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without providing a reason. The withdrawal deadline is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right to withdrawal, you must inform us (headstart GmbH, Leonsteinerweg 11a, 4592 Leonstein, Austria, office@headstart.at, telephone: 43758440900) of this decision to withdraw from this contract, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form attached for this purpose, but you do not have to.

To comply with the withdrawal period deadline, it is sufficient to have sent your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline has passed.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you chose a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately, and at the latest fourteen days from the day on which your notice of withdrawal from this contract arrives with us. We will use the same payment method for this return as you used in your original transaction, unless alternative agreements are made expressly with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We can refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever of these is the earliest.

You must return or send back the goods immediately, and at the latest within fourteen days of notifying us of withdrawal from this contract. It is sufficient, to comply with the deadline, if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day term is over. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods by you, in a way which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right to withdrawal does not apply for the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
